Please read this user agreement before using ScreeningHQ. By creating an account on this website, you agree to the following conditions. We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notice, to change these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion.
1). What information do we collect?
By becoming a registered member, we will collect your name, email address, location and other optional information. Individuals who choose to host a screening will be asked to enter information in regards to the screening location, whether it be the individuals home, church, community space, etc. ScreeningHQ asks that you seek the owners permission before confirming a screening at a given location.
You are able to visit ScreeningHQ without creating an account. However, without an account you are unable to enjoy the full impact ScreeningHQ has to offer such as host and/or RSVP to a screening, tools to make your event a success, and partake in the social aspects of the website. ScreeningHQ also allows you to become a registered member by linking your existing profile on Facebook and other sites.
2). How may we use this information?
By registering as a member of ScreeningHQ, you agree to receive email notifications from the website. You will receive updates pertaining to any updates and/or changes to the website and confirmations of screenings you are hosting and/or attending. You have the option to opt into receiving updates on the films that you "love" on the site, and issues. If you "love" a film, you may also hear from that film team through their preferred email system such as Constant Contact.

You are responsible for all aspects of your screening including, but not limited to: booking, get the word out, set-up, payments. Here are a few items we encourage you to pay close attention to:
We are happy to replace damaged DVDs purchased through ScreeningHQ, just let us know the details immediately. If you have contacted us at least one business week prior to the screening and we are not able to get the replacement DVD to you in time, we will refund the cost of the DVD and screening rights.
If you are holding further screenings using your original disc then you must take responsibility for that disc while it is in your care. We cannot be held responsible for any playback issues if the original disc received has been damaged.

5). Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds except through extenuating circumstances, or as stated above regarding damaged DVDs. We are not liable for refunding any costs you incur on the associated screening; i.e. booking a space, etc. Simply canceling the event is not subject to a refund. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
